Design and manufacturing of chilled rollers and calenders for different uses.
The internal design guarantees a high heat exchange and accurate temperature uniformity along the entire web width in such a way as to avoid differences in temperature of the material between the right and left sides with the related problems.

Depending on the final application, the cooling fluid discharge can be gravity (free discharge) or in a closed circuit.
The finishing (chrome plating, anodizing, knurling and/or anti-adhesive treatment) and any surface grooves vary depending on the application.
