Custom tailored lines for coating and possible laminations for the research and development of products and materials.
These lines have smaller web widths and speeds than production lines.
They are extremely flexible in order to allow different configurations and productions.

Process description
The coating unit is therefore made up of a fixed part and an interchangeable trolley to easily vary the coating system. The feeding and filtering part of adhesives or lacquers is positioned on a dedicated trolley which can be easily positioned next to the coating unit.
The drying tunnel can also be designed for easy replacement of the nozzles in order to use different profiles.

- Dry or wet lamination
- IR, UV or electron beam curing
- In-line delamination
- Water, solvent or solventless coatings
